We have a clear four step admissions process:
- Call and speak to our admissions staff
- Provide relevant medical information
- Arrange payment or funding
- Book travel and admission date.
Our Admissions Team
Jillian Johnstone and the rest of the admissions team are always happy to answer any questions regarding admissions, or to help with any general enquiries.
Jillian has many years of experience in this role and she operates as a first point of contact for all enquiries about treatment at Castle Craig and can advise prospective patients, families, and also referrers on questions about our admission arrangements.

Our telephone lines are open 24 hours a day. Our admissions department is open 9am – 5pm weekdays, and we can respond to enquiries in the evenings and at weekends. You can call to speak to us about the admissions process at our rehabilitation centre or to ask any questions about our addiction treatment programme.
