Relapse prevention plans
Whilst in alcohol rehab treatment, you will work with your primary therapist to create a relapse prevention plan, which will give you the best support upon re-entering regular life once again.
This includes understanding your triggers, temptations creating a support network and learning skills for healthy coping, stress management and dealing with life’s inevitable challenges.
Reclaim your life
It’s OK to be wary about rehab and what life will be like after you leave, but you won’t be alone, and you’re not alone now. We’re here to support you and help you no matter where you are in your alcohol recovery journey. Get in touch.
